The Law supplements Clause 24 of the applicable Law with a provision, whereby "the applications for assignment (re-calculation) of pensions and other required documents are submitted to the territorial office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or to the body authorized by the Pension Fund of Ukraine or to the authorized representative in person or via the mediator who acts by a notarized power of attorney. The list of the required documents and the procedure of application shall be fixed by the board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine by consent of the central public authority bodies in charge of labour and social policy, education, and scientific and scientific-technical activity."
